OH EM GEE! this is the most fabulous thing i have ever put on my mouth....EVER! i thought i would be disappointed by the outrageous price, i mean really, how good can a lipstick be? the meaning of "butter" has now been re-defined. this is actually sex on your lips. it is creamy, it stays put, and doesn't set into the fine lines of your lips. i swatched vanilla suede and blush nude at saks. the vanilla suede looked a bit dead on me, it was too pale and a little too sparkly/shiny? i dunno....something was off. i think it had a slight yellow/golden undertone so my skin and lips looked too matchy matchy. HAHA. i don't know how else to describe it.
blush nude though....GASP....it really hit the spot. it is GORGEOUS. a milky pale pink. i want more!!!! i will give the other colors a try, but they were a bit more bold than blush nude. this shade is really universal and reminds me of ysl's rouge volupte in 1 although it is a bit more pale.
onto the packaging....how hot is it?! drool...white with gold trim? so sex. the only thing that comes close is chanel's packaging. but this definitely feels more heavy duty and feels like $45 worth of lipstick.
I LOOOOOVE IT!
